PURPOSE:To enable the temperature at the arbitrary position where an ejector pin is situated from the core side in a mold to be measured, while the high temperature part in the mold is directly measured from the internal part by providing the sensor fro measuring temperature on the tip of the ejector pin in the mold for molding resin. CONSTITUTION:The sensor composed of a thermocouple 14 is provided on the tip 13 of an ejector pin 12, and the lead wire 15 of the thermocouple 14 in which different kinds of metals are connected, is connected to the signal wire to a computer. Consequently, when the thermocouple 14 is provided on the tip 13 of the ejector pin 12, the temperature at the position of the ejector pin 12, in a mold may be easily measured. Especially, even in the case of the complicated product 4 having the bosslike shape 9 with large heat capacity in the mold, the temperature measurement is operational process may be always carried out by replacing the ordinary ejector pin with a temperature measuring pin 12. Consequently, the cooling process of the resin product in the mold may be accurately observed, and the taking out-timing for the product may be set at the minimum time of cooling. |
