PURPOSE:To anneal at a uniform temperature in a short period of time by performing microwave induction heating of an aggregate of resin parts, which is taped beforehand, as it is. CONSTITUTION:A microwave generated by a magnetron oscillator 10 is led by a waveguide 11, a strong electric field is generated within an applicator 12 and aggregate 9 of resin parts is sent into the electric field. With this construction, since resin molded parts is heated from the inside of them with the microwave as the taped aggregate of the resin parts, annealing can be performed in a short period of time. |
