PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a resin covered steel material with an excellent adhesiveness by providing, on a steel material surface, a high anticorrosion resin covered layer of a denaturation polyethylene composition obtained by graft-copolymerizing a specific rate anhydrous maleic acid to polyethylene. CONSTITUTION:For example, the anhydrous maleic acid of 0.02-0.05pts.wt. is graft-copolymerized to the polyethylene of 100pts.wt. of the density in the degree of 0.90-0.97g/cm<3>. And the polyethylene composition obtained is welded on the surface of a steel material at the temperature of 100-300 deg.C for 0.1-30 minutes under the pressure of 0-100kgf/cm<2>. |
