The lubricating for the bearing (8) of a rotary mass on a cam pin (7), especially the replacement body (1) of a spiral loader, ahs the cam pin (7) forming part of a driven guide-shaft (5). Outside the guide-shaft (5) is a driven shaft (3) which has an eccentric bearing (2), and which goes through the middle of the rotary mass. A lubricant tank is connected to the bearing on the cam pin and comprises a compartment in front of the end of the cam pin (7). The lubricant tank also has at least one duct (16) in the guide-shaft (5). The duct (16) is closed by a screw (19). USE/ADVANTAGE - The lubricant tank can be increased in size without the size of the component being increased by incorporating at least one duct in the guide shaft.
