PURPOSE:To easily switch the home time of a world clock by providing a switching means which switches the mode of the clock between the specific city displaying mode in which the time of a specific city is displayed and plural city mode in which time of plural cities is cyclically displayed. CONSTITUTION:When a switch S3 is operated, the mode of this world clock is switched from the home mode to the world clock mode. This operation is detected in Step S10 and the process proceeds to a displaying process through Step S13 after the value of a mode register is changed from '0' to '1'. Then the time and date of the time zone designated by the then value of a time zone pointer TZ are calculated from the Greenwich standard time and the time difference of a city name storing section L and displayed on a displaying section 10. Thereafter, whether or not the value of the city pointer CT has become '0' is discriminated and, when the value becomes '0', the city code stored in the memory designated by the time zone pointer TZ of the memories of an additionally set city storing section M is displayed and a zone displaying body indicating a time zone is make to glow. |
