<p>PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency by a method wherein a laminate obtained by adhering a veneer, a relief plywood, and a surfacing material such as a synthetic resin sheet to a porous backing material formed of a foamed synthetic resin or the like is blanked by a blanking die provided with a band blade for an outer peripheral part and a band blade for a slit part. CONSTITUTION:An urethane resin adhesive 3 is applied to the surface of a foamed vinyl chloride resin body 1 used as a backing material, and a veneer plywood 2 is pressed against the adhesive-coated surface to produce a laminate 4. A blanking die 8 comprising band blades 6, 7 attached to a base plate 5 is placed on the laminate 4, and pressure is applied thereto obtain a blanked floor material 10. The blanking die 8 is provided with grooves 9 in the base plate 5 comprising a laminated material, and two kinds of band blades 6, 7 differing in height are embedded in the grooves 9. The band blades 6 are used for blanking outer peripheral parts 9a, while the bland blades 7 are used for blanking the veneer plywood 2. Therefore, parts contacted by the band blades 7 are cut to be slit parts 9b at which corner end parts 2a leading to the surface of the foamed resin body 1 are finished in a gently-sloping shape.</p> |
