<p>PURPOSE:To restore an original function even when abnormality is generated in the processing of transmitting/receiving data and to restrict unnecessary transmission/reception by restoring an arithmetic means to an initial state when the processing is not ended within the restricted time of arithmetic processing. CONSTITUTION:When the arithmetic processing is still continued even after the lapse of a fixed time from the command of a program end by the 1st timer 6 and reset signals to the 1st and 2nd timers 6, 7 are not outputted from a CPU 1, the CPU 1 is reset by the output of the 2nd timer 7. When the CPU 1 is reset, the arithmetic means is restored to the initial state, the arithmetic processing and transmission/reception are suspended, an oscillator 2 also is stopped and data or the like are also erased. Thus, even when abnormality is generated in the device for processing the transmitting/receiving data, the original function can be restored and unnecessary transmission/reception can be restricted.</p> |
