<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a multifunction by means of simple constitution by utilizing a serial data processing circuit arranged on the side of an electronic computer to connect peripheral apparatuses in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Respective peripheral apparatuses can be connected in parallel only by using either one of serial data processing circuits RS232C, RS422 arranged on the side of a personal computer. Thereby, a control function specific to a register and POS is prepared. For instance, the constitution collectively or partially has a part for electrically controlling the aperture of a drawer, a part for converting serial data into parallel data and displaying a fee, a part for converting the serial data into parallel data and connecting a parallel processing printer, a part to be connected to a personal computer as a terminal equipment, and a part for controlling the I/O of serial data among a fee display device, a drawer and a bar code scanner and controlling these three functions. Consequently, a personal computer also can easily display the multifunction.</p> |
