摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a flaw from being generated on the surface of a product by abrasion powder formed while a raw material is supplied by utilizing the material which has glass transition temp. or m.p. same or extremely close as/to the glass transition temp. or m.p. of the raw material for the product and performing coating made of this material for the product and performing coating made of this material on the inner surface of the feeder cylinder of a screw feeder and on the surface of the feeder screw thereof. CONSTITUTION:The coating layers 5 are performed on the inner surface f a feeder cylinder 2 made of metal and on the outer surface of a feeder screw 3. This coating layer 5 is made of material which has glass transition temp. or m.p. same or extremely close as/to the glass transition temp. or m.p. of the raw material M for a molded article. For example, the difference of the glass transition temp. or m.p is regulated to a range lower than about 20 deg.C. Thereby even when abrasion powder is generated from the coating layers 5 by friction between the raw material and these layers at a time for supplying the raw material for molding, the abrasion powder is melted in an injection cylinder, substantially and uniformly assimilated with the raw matter for molding, the abrasion powder is melted in an injection cylinder, substantially and uniformly assimilated with the raw material and does not become the cause of a flaw due to a foreign matter because the glass transition temp. or m.p. thereof is made same or extremely close as/to the glass transition temp. or m.p. of the raw material.
