<p>With the proposed system it is possible to achieve the completion and coverage of the defective or worn parts and of the "gaps" present, and which are the main causes of explosion or fire of the boiler - burner or of industrial plants that are using fuel and electrical power. Consists of: the power supply unit, circuit, boiler shutdown system, boiler restart system, 1-6 sensors depending on the needs for protection, sensitivity regulator, electrical jumper system to boiler, light or sound signal system, indicator lamps and device safety system. Also, it may include the electromagnetic sensor - switch for vibration that consists of its base, main body mount, sensitivity regulator, metal ball, metal ball recovery system, electrical power conductor with its contacts, the subdivisions. The device is based on the processing of phenomena or elements showing us what is about to happen the next time and acts accordingly. It acts preventively and indicates to us the error through the indicator lamps. A unique device regarding the processing of phenomena or elements, indicates the failures, eliminates the risks of explosion or fire.</p> |
