Drilling tool with an interchanqeable spiral for the transport of the cuttings on the drill shank has between the carrier end for the spiral and the shank end to fit into the chuck of the machine, a wide recess to take a supporting sleeve, pref. made of rubber or plastic material. A wide flange serves as the abutment for the spiral and a clip ring holds the supporting sleeve captive.
