PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate backflow, direct flow of ink by providing a tip so that a tip ball is pressed in close contact with an inner edge of a ball embracing part of a tip end at the normal time and released from the close contact state at the time of writing. SOLUTION: Spring seats 17b for pressing a back surface of a tip ball 13 so that a ball seat 17a in contact at the time of applying a writing pressure is brought into close contact with an inner edge of a ball embracing part 11a are radially alternately disposed on the back surface of the ball 13 at a tip 12. An ink introducing groove 17c for supplying ink is formed between the arranged seat 17a and the seats 17b. A joint is formed integrally with an ink storage unit at the rear of a front barrel. And, a barrel of the tip 11 is press- bonded to an inner hole of the end of the front barrel, and the storage unit is fixed snugly to a front end hole of an ink-containing tube. |
