PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To three-dimensionally check an interference by an other object by generating a first coordinate system stipulating location and attitude at a point of a supporting part of a mobile object and a second coordinate system stipulating location and attitude at a point on a carrier route and simulating and reproducing the carrier moving state of the mobile object by converting the first coordinate system into the second coordinate system. SOLUTION: A simulator performs a design work by a three-dimensional CAD. In a simulation, the supporting starting point and the supporting terminating point of a hanger are calculated, and a rail frame having an origin on a rail and a reference frame having an origin on the hanger or a car body are calculated. The supporting starting point of the hanger is stipulated with a prescribed pitch interval on the rail and the supporting terminating point on the rail is stipulated at a distance of the supporting interval of the hanger from the supporting starting point. The state of the location of the hanger is moved to the second coordinate system by a conversion of only one point at a position attitude of a state that the first coordinate system to be a point for supporting the hanger is carried to the second coordinate system to be a point on the rail. Thus, interferences by surrounding other objects can be three-dimensionally checked. |
