PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an effective production schedule as a whole by repeatedly correcting a schedule formed from a local judgment based on a dispatching rule in consideration of the whole schedule to improve the final process completion time of each product. SOLUTION: Only the process possibly contributing to the improvement of the final process completion time is detected to make computation efficient and to increase the improvement effect (S7). Whether a schedule is improved as a whole by a change of the processing sequence or not is judged on the detected process (S8). When it is judged that the whole schedule is improved (S9), the changed schedule is used as the new schedule (S10), then the study is returned to the step S5, and whether there is no room for improvement or not is checked. |
