The body, cut from a single piece of cellular polypropylene sheet, lies flat for storage and transport. Large side panels (1b), together with top (1dl) and bottom (1el) panels, connected to it at fold-lines, form a parallelepipedic box (E). Front flaps (1b2,1b3), when folded inward, are secured by tabs (1g) on top and bottom flaps (1d2,1e2). The rear is closed similarly. Tie-bars (2), opt., stabilise the erected box, and also secure a lifting handle (7). Other panels (3), mounted on hinged tabs slotted into the sides, form horizontal shelves supporting prepared dishes. An adjacent portable generator delivers steam or hot air through side connection sockets (1i), unused sockets being blanked off (1h). USE/ADVANTAGE - Flexible, readily portable, easily stored dispenser for previously prepared dishes, esp. for outside catering contractors.
