A rotatable electrical connector arrangement (14) comprises a first electrical connector (16) and a second electrical connector (18) which can be connected to one another and are mounted coaxially with respect to one another in respective housings (24, 112) of the connectors (16, 18). The housing (24) of the first connector (16) contains tubular electrical connections (26, 28) of circular cross-section, which are arranged concentrically. The housing (112) of the second connector (18) contains tubular electrical connections (114, 116) of circular cross-section for connection to the connections (26, 28) of the first connector (16). The two connectors (16, 18) can be connected to one another such that contact springs (40, 56), which project from the connections of the first connector (16), engage in a sliding manner on the inner circumferential surfaces of the connections (114, 116) of the second connector (18), as a result of which the connectors can be twisted relatively about the axes of the connections, the connections of the first connector (16) making permanent electrical contact with the connections of the second connector (18). In an exemplary application, the connector arrangement (14) is arranged between a rotatable spotlight (2) and an adaptor (10) which can be displaced in a sliding manner along rails (12), in order to connect electrical power supply leads to the spotlight while at the same time making it possible for the spotlight to rotate about the axis of the connector arrangement (14).
