COMPLEX FOR DELIVERY OF ORE IN UNIT IN CASE OF SUBLEVEL CAVING AND DISCHARGE UNDER COVERING ROCK

摘要

FIELD: mining industry, mining and transportation machines used for delivery of ore in breakage face while developing thick ore deposits by sublevel caving and discharge under covering rocks. SUBSTANCE: mobile ore gantry is manufactured in the form of sectional metering vessel having number of sections necessary for simultaneous operation of family of vibration feeders which are interjoined and put on guides anchored in ground and walls of delivery working. Vessel is equipped with drive of reciprocating motion installed in delivery working to house family of vibration feeders and unloading unit. Each section has left and right sides installed on antifriction members for movement and coupled to shafts carrying tipping-over plates of bottom which rest against guides when moving in delivery working and tip over while passing above discharge unit. EFFECT: design of complex for delivery of ore in unit that ensures simultaneous operation of family of vibration feeders and volume metering. 1 cl, 25 dwgd
