PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such a situation that the storage capacity of a central data processor is insufficient and to allocatingly output operation data necessary for the instructing operation and operation management of preparation for plate making inputted to a central data processor corresponding to the progressing condition of real processing operation at every terminal device. SOLUTION: The central data processor is provided with a load data processing part 15 estimating and predicting a working load quantity based on operation data inputted to a central data processing control part 11 to measure the operation progress of real processing operation at each operating terminal part. In addition a load allocating and processing part 17 is provided to allocate the operation load quantity to each operation terminal corresponding to its operation progress. |
