Multilayer piezoactuators are made by stacking and pressing alternating layers of piezoceramic material and electrode material. The electrode material is provided with through-out pores or holes distributed therein. During pressing, the material of the piezoceramic layers flows and fills the holes in the electrodes, thus imparting to the block a monolitic structrure.
