Infrared radiation emission paint is manufactured by mixing 60 vol.% of cationic synthetic resin with 40 vol.% of infrared radiation emission compound, which is composed of 20 wt.% of zirconia, 45 wt.% of allumina, and 35% of silica. The cationic synthenic resin is made by mixing latex or resin with 0.5-3 wt.% of cationic surfactant. Diamine or triamine base cationic surfactant, guanidine cationic surfactant,and bisammonium compound cationic surfactant use as cationic surfactant.
