<p>A reflection-type liquid crystal display device by which an excellent image without flicker and with little decline of a light utilization efficiency and little luminance unevenness even if an emitted light illuminance is increased. Pixel switching devices consist of a pair of n-ch. MOS transistors and a pair of p-ch. MOS transistors. The drain electrodes of the MOS transistors are electrically connected to signal lines and the source electrodes of the MOS transistors are electrically connected to pixel electrodes. A holding capacitance part electrically connected to the pixel electrodes is formed on a p-type crystalline silicon substrate. A light current generated by a MOS transistor and a light current generated by another MOS transistor are made to flow in the directions so as to cancel each other.</p> |
