PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably wash and eliminate machining cutting powder or the like by providing a through hole for inserting a joining means that fixes to a rotary member a fixing plate for pressing a storage medium to the rotary member. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with a base 11 that has a radial bearing part 11a, a rotary shaft 12 that is sealed to a flange 14, the flange 14 that is used as a rotary member, a disk 15 that is used as a storage medium, a fixing plate 16 that presses the disk 15 for retaining, a coil 19 that is fixed to the disk 15, and a magnet 20 that rotates the flange at high speed. Also, in the flange 14, a screw hole 14a that is a through hole for screwing a screw 17 is provided. Then, by allowing current to flow in the coil 19, rotary force is generated at a part to the magnet 20, and the flange 14 where the disk 15 is mounted is rotated at high speed, thus easily and reliably washing and eliminating the machining cutting powder of the screw hole of the flange, oil applied to a cutting blade, or the like by composing the screw hole by the through hole. |
