PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas flow rate controller capable of adjusting the thermal power change speed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a flow rate control part 33 for controlling the flow rate of gas, driving part using a stepping motor 34 for driving the flow rate control part and a drive control part 58 for controlling the drive of the driving part and the drive control part 58 judges the correlation of the flow rate control part with a flow control position, fixes the frequency of a feeding pulse, performs variable speed control not to supply power for every fixed period and can vary the speed corresponding to the burning thermal power or operating purpose. |
