PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the hole of a concrete structure a small diameter, reduce an execution cost, enhance the durability of an insert body and facilitate insertion into the hole of the insert body. SOLUTION: This insert instrument and its execution method screw the female screw part 2a of a substantially cylindrical ceramic-made insert body 2a whose edge is closed through a substantially cylindrical auxiliary tool 6 and a holding tool 5 on an assembling bolt 7, provide an unevenness part 2b coming into contact with a resin 4 in the hole 3a of a concrete structure 3 on the outer periphery of the insert body 2, provide flange parts 5a, 5b fitted to the hole 3a on both the ends of the holding tool 5, and provide a notch part 5c for a pulling-out tool on one flange part 5a.
