PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layered glass without generating deformation or warpage in the glass when electrodes are attached and without steep increase in the production cost. SOLUTION: In the double-layered glass 20, a conductive film 24 is applied on at least one inner face of two glass sheets 21, 22 facing each other, and the glass sheets 21, 22 are sealed with a sealing agent 32 with a spacer 26 interposed. The conductive film 24 is externally energized through an electrically conductive member 29. The conductive member 29 is attached as interposed and deformed between the conductive film 24 and the spacer 26. Since the conductive member is attached as interposed and deformed by the spacer and the conductive film, deformation or warpage generated, for example, when electrodes are formed by using a silver paste can be prevented, and steep increase in the production cost when an expensive electrically conductive adhesive material is used can be suppressed.
