PURPOSE: Structure for damping the bending vibration of a crank shaft damper pulley is provided to damp the bending vibration by attaching a damper mass made of cast iron with the interposition of rubber to a bolt head connected to the end portion of a crank shaft. CONSTITUTION: A single mass damper pulley(1) is attached with a damper mass(4) for distortion by interposing rubber(3) to a pulley hub. The pulley hub body is fixed on the end portion of a crank shaft(6) by the connection of a fixing bolt(5). A damper mass(8) for bending is attached to the head of the fixing bolt with the interposition of rubber(7). The damper mass for bending is made of cast iron. Distortional vibration generated due to the rotation of the crank shaft is damped by the rubber and the damper mass for distortion, while upward and downward vibration by the bending force is damped by the reaction of the damper mass for bending and the rubber on the head of the fixing bolt.
