PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a temperature control of the fluid for a transmission system with a relatively simple equipment. SOLUTION: A bypass piping 42 in which the fluid (oil) for transmission system selectively circulates with a selector valve 48, 50 is arranged in contact with the external face of a easing of a rotating motor 14 in the heat exchanging part 44 so that the heat can be exchanged with the rotating motor 14. The heat is exchanged between the oil transferred in the bypass piping 42 and the rotating motor 14 so that the oil is heated by use of the heat generated from the rotating motor 14. |
