PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve height position precision and surface precision of a flange part provided on an outer periphery of a support reference part held on a disk table of a driving device. SOLUTION: A disk 1 is provided with disk main body part 2, and a center hub 3 attached to a central part of the disk main body part 2. The center hub 3 is provided with a support reference part 31 held on a disk table of a driving device, and a flange part 32 holding the disk main body 2 at a prescribed height and provided on the support reference part 31. The flange part 32 of the enter hub 3 is provided with projecting parts 34...34 for holding the disk main body. A disk main body holding surface 34a on the tips of the projecting parts 34...34 is formed by a compression surface of a press die.
