摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a different body orifice plate possible to be used as a flow rate throttle mechanism corresponding to various specifications, and reduce cost by dividing a main pipe line into an upper stream side block and a lower stream side block, and arranging and fixing an orifice plate between both blocks. SOLUTION: Between main pipe line blocks 1, 2 of an upper stream side and a lower stream side, a different body orifice plate 5 is sandwiched and fixed, and a flow rate throttle mechanism is constituted by combining the three members integrally in an unified body. Fluid (combustion gas) which has entered an expanded diameter part 1a of the main pipe line block 1 is constricted by an orifice hole 5a of the orifice plate 5. The greator part of the fluid flows in the lower stream side, a part of the fluid enters a branched path 10, and the flow velocity is detected by a detector 14. Since the orifice plate 5 is constituted as a body different from both of the blocks 1, 2, it can be separately formed. Further both of the blocks 1, 2 have symmetric forms, so that effective molding is enabled by using one kind of metal mold. As a result, coping with various specifications is enabled, and molding cost can be reduced.</p>
