PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit for a hand tool apparatus which enables synonymous switching of switching sleeves arranged in two drive axes in parallel one to the other for switching a combination of drive units having three or less operation modes. SOLUTION: The drive unit for a hand tool apparatus is equipped with two drive axes 2 and 2' mutually disposed apart in parallel and respectively extended along axial lines A and A', and switchably provided with switching sleeves 3 and 3' arranged so as to be freely slidable within the coaxially and axially restricted range to respective drive axes 2 and 2'. Both of the switching sleeves 3 and 3' are switchably coupled to switch transferring means 4 engaged to be rotatable and unable to move by shape lock in the axial direction. The switch transferring means 4 brings about a spring load tension state in parallel direction to axial lines A and A' by a spring means 6. |
