PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost for a die or the like by allowing to cut waste in a material by making proper a balance of the rigidity of a post and bush and by arbitrarily allowing to select a mounting position of a flange in a manufacturing process, and by simplifying working for a mounting hole for the die or the like which is necessary at mounting of the die or the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a post 2 which is formed by arranging a plurality of linear outer peripheral grooves 2a in parallel with respect to a shaft direction, a cylinder-shaped bush 3 which is formed in an angle position of the inner periphery in which linear inner peripheral grooves 3a are relative to the outer peripheral grooves 2a in parallel with respect to the shaft direction, a plurality of spherical rolling bodies 4 which roll on the outer peripheral grooves 2a and the inner peripheral grooves 3a, a retainer 5 which is constituted so as to maintain the rolling bodies 4, a post flange 6 which is mounted at an arbitrary position with respect to the post 2 by interference-fitting, and a bush flange 8 which is mounted at an arbitrary position with respect to the bush 3 by interference-fitting.
