<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system capable of solving a trouble for the price of a delivery of information by paying the price involved by the delivery of information by a user before delivering the information. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a display medium displaying access ID information in a state of being not visually confirmable from the outside, a server for providing predetermined information, and a communication terminal. The communication terminal comprises an input means for inputting the access ID information, a means for transmitting the access IC information to the server, a means for receiving information from the server, and a means for displaying the information received from the server.
