PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project management system that assists in planning projects with accuracy.

SOLUTION: The project management system comprises: a WBS task registration means connected to the system of a project manager and the system of a project member via a network to register the operations of the project as tasks subdivided in the form of a tree; a ToDo list registration means for registering daily tasks for each operator; and a database for integrally managing and storing as task information the contents registered by the WBS task registration means and the ToDo list registration means. The schedule of each project and the schedule of each operator are integrally managed.
