<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor quality specification and presentation system that supports a user in easily cooking food of his/her preferred flavor by him/herself. <P>SOLUTION: A user evaluates information on a taste and smell that he/she wants by cooking, with a plurality of flavor elements prepared in advance by the system, and inputs it into the system 10 as flavor quality evaluation data. When an input data receiving means 32 of the system 10 receives the flavor quality evaluation data, a recipe specifying means 34 converts the flavor quality evaluation data to specify ingredient data and cooking condition data, and a recipe presenting means 36 presents the specified ingredient data and cooking condition data in a user-browsable format. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
