<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bilberry-mixed drink, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The bilberry-mixed drink is produced by stirring and dissolving the powder of bilberry extract (containing anthocyanidin in a concentration of about 25%) extracted and standardized from bilberry fruits in high temperature water of 85 to 95°C, further adding a bilberry-mixed perfume, a sugar and a sour agent to obtain the bilberry drink undiluted liquid, and then adding a proper amount of the bilberry drink undiluted liquid.
