The cell has an attenuation factor control device including a converting circuit (30) receiving a voltage (Vct) and generating a differential current (Ix). A multiplier circuit (40) and an amplifier (60) generate respective differential currents (Iy, Iz). An error amplifier (50) receives an error of the currents (Iy-Iz) at an input and generates currents (IA, IB) in order to minimize the error.
