<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved seal assembly limiting the entry of a contaminant inside a hub. <P>SOLUTION: This seal assembly is provided with a first dust cap 71, a second dust cap 72, a first seal member 73, and a second seal member 74. The first dust cap 71 is coupled to a free wheel 34, and a second dust cap 72 is coupled to a hub shaft 30. The first seal member 73 is disposed between the first dust cap 71 and a fastening component to form a seal between them.
