The housing (10) receives diverse functional elements. The outer surface of the housing is individually fitted at least in the region of the retroauricular region of the ear muscle corresponding to the cymba cavum such that the housing can be form fitted to the anatomical structure of this region of the ear. Independent claims also cover a method of manufacture of the housing.
