FIELD: valving. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing, inlet and outlet branch pipes, drive, and control valving member connected with the drive. The member is made of vertical gate and mounted for permitting reciprocation inside the housing. The vertical gate cooperates with the vertical member mounted in the housing. The housing is made of a dummy sleeve and provided with the bushing. The vertical gate is made of at least two distant interconnected plates of different height. The plates are mounted inside the housing for permitting sliding. The inner side of the bushing is provided with hollows and recess from the side of the housing bottom. The plates of the vertical gate is in a contact with the hollows. The vertical member is in a contact with the recess and is made of at least one plate that is interposed between the plates of the vertical gate. ^ EFFECT: prolonged service life and enhanced serviceability. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg
