A HEAT INSULATING HOSE PROVIDED WITH A SEAMLESS AND FLEXIBLE INNER TUBE (1) OF A SYNTHETIC RESIN, AND A HEAT INSULATING LAYER (2) OF A FOAMED SYNTHETIC RESIN COVERING THE OUTERCIRCUMFERENTIAL SURFACE OF THE INNER TUBE (1).THE INNER TUBE (1) HAS A LARGE NUMBER OF RING-LIKE PROTRUSIVE STRIPES (11). EACH OF THE RING-LIKE PROTRUSIVE STRIPES (11) HAS AN INNER DIAMETER ID. A CIRCLAR ARC-SHAPED APICAL PORTION WITH AN APICAL ANGLE &thetas; IS SET IN A RANGE FROM 10 DEGREES TO 30 IN A LONGITUDINALLY SECTIONAL SHAPE.A MAXIMUM DIAMETER OD NOT SMALLER THAN 1.2 TIMES AS LARGE AS THE INNER DIAMETER ID. A RING-LIKE PROTRUSIVE STRIPES (11) ARE FORMED AT INTERVALS OF A DISTANCE LARGER THAN 1.6 TIMES AS LARGE AS THE WIDTH W. THE HEAT INSULATING LAYER (2) HAS AN INNER DIAMETER IS WHICH IS SET SO AS TO BE SMALLER THAN THE MAXIMUM DIAMETER OD OF THE INNER TUBE (1).
