PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and easily adjust the fitting height, by providing a basic height-adjustment structure in one side of the fitting side of the upper story of a ceiling-hanging tool and the fitting side of a ceiling panel, and providing a height-fine adjustment structure in the other side thereof. SOLUTION: One of a plurality of insertion slits 2 of a hanging board 4 of a ceiling-hanging tool A is inserted in a projection plate 11 of the frame member 10a of the floor panel of the upper story 10 to hang the ceiling-hanging tool A from the floor panel 10. In this time, one of the insertion slits 2 as a basic height-adjustment structure B is selected and driven to the projection plate 11 with a metal hammer 13 or the like to adjust the basic height. Then, a height-adjustment screw 3 as a height-fine adjustment structure C is rotated by a tool such as a driver to vertically move the height-adjustment screw 3 against a female screw hole and finely adjust the height of the ceiling panel 1.
