摘要 Disclosed is a reflector which is designed for an array of point light sources [P], preferably LEDs, in an isometric grid structure, in a maximum of 3 rows, in such a way that the lateral beam components [b, c] of an LED are reflected also forward at preferably the opening angle of the direct beam [a]. Said reflector is composed of three substantial reflector areas [A, B, C] which are regularly mounted on top of each other. Areas [A] and [B] extend at an angle of 55°. Reflector area [C] is regularly curved at an angle ranging from 60° to 71°. Reflector areas [B] and [C] mainly reflect the lateral beam component [b] at the top of the luminaire. Reflector area [A] mainly reflects beam component [c] which is emitted laterally from the luminaire. Said array makes it possible to obtain an optimum between a minimum size and maximum reflection and packing density while dispensing with the need for optical lenses. The inventive reflector can be used for efficient and minimal headlights in cars, lights for bicycles, hand-held lamps and headlamps, building lights and room lights.
