PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device holding vessel made of synthetic resin excellent tin heat resistance, dimensional stability or the like by forming it from resin composition containing polyallylene sulfide and inorganic filler and having thermal conductivity of a specified value or above. SOLUTION: This holding vessel is formed from the resin composition containing the polyallylene sulfide (A) and the inorganic filler (B) and having the thermal conductivity of >=1 W/mK. Also, in this optical pickup device, the holding vessel in which at least a light source, an objective lens and a light receiving part are held is formed from such a resin composition. Thus, the optical pickup device held in the holding vessel in which the components sch as the light source, the objective lens, the light receiving part are held and which is made of synthetic resin excellent in heat resistance, dimensional stability, thermal deformation resistance and heat conductivity is obtained. Since the holding vessel is obtained by melt-molding the resin composition, the latitude of shape is extremely increased as compared to a metallic vessel. |
