<p>A modem with a built-in TV tuner card is provided. The modem includes a TV tuner card and a cable modem supplied by an ISP, which are integrally formed, thereby facilitating the establishment of an Internet-based TV streaming server (TSS) system. The cable modem and the TV tuner card include a modem part and a TV receiver, respectively. The modem further includes a signal distributor and a USB hub. Since the TV tuner card is built in the cable modem supplied by the ISP, users can conveniently use the Internet-based TSS system service. In addition, the ISP can advertise the the modem with the built-in TV tuner card in cooperation with Internet-based TSS system suppliers, thereby increasing the efficiency of advertisement.</p> |
