PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability in the case of displaying a menu in the FAX mode or the copy mode registered in advance. SOLUTION: After a program key is depressed (1), when a ten-key ('0'-'9') is depressed, contents (copy program registration content) of the copy mode registered with respect to the entered numeral corresponding to the depression are called by the system control layer of a digital copying machine and its menu is displayed on an LCD message display section (12). Moreover, after the program key is depressed (13), when any key of FAX abbreviation key group ('00'-'28') is depressed, contents (FAX program registration content) in the FAX mode registered with respect to the key are called and its menu is displayed on the LCD message display section (4-7). |
