PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately and safely settle the charge of a product transaction by a telephone by moving an amount equivalent to a product charge in the product transaction from the account of a customer specified by a retrieved account number to the account of a company in the case that customer identification information matches. SOLUTION: The telephone 2 of the company is provided with a transfer function and a call from the telephone 1 of the customer is transferred to the telephone 3 of a bank. In a data base 6, the identification information of the customer and the company and the account numbers of the customer and the company relating to the identification information are stored. Then, received company identification information is inputted to the information processor 5 of the bank and collated with customer identification information stored in the data base 6. In the case that they match as the result of collation, based on the customer identification information, the account number of the customer is retrieved from the data base 6. In the case that a balance is present as the result of retrieval, the charge of a product is transferred from the balance of the account to the account of the company. |
