A magnetic holder for a conveyor is provided to guarantee precise transfer and hold of the conveyer by assembling a magnetic member to a fixing member tightly without a crack. A magnetic holder(20) for a conveyor includes a magnetic member(110), a fixing member(120), a nut member(130), and a snap ring(140). The magnetic member performs attraction and retraction. The fixing member is fixed to a shaft(18), fixes the magnetic member, and includes a plurality of power lines(127). The power lines are shaped as a fine rib and allows the magnetic member to be inserted tightly into a body(121) thereof. The nut member fixes the fixing member to the shaft. The snap ring prevents the magnetic member from being separated from the fixing member.
