A coating structure of a resonator for an electrodeless discharge lamp is provided to suppress a discoloration effect on a surface of the resonator for a long time by stacking only reflective layers. A bridge layer(3) includes at least one element of Ag, Cu, and Au formed on an upper surface of a resonator. A reflective layer(4) includes at least one element of Al, Ni, Ni+B, B, W, Cr, Au, and SiO2 on one surface of the upper surface or a lower surface of the bridge layer. The bridge layer is formed by using at least one method of an wet-plating method, a PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) method, a CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) method. The reflective layer including at least one of Ni, Cr, and Au is formed by using at least one method of the wet-plating method, the PVD method.
