TERRESTRIAL DMB SERVICE SYSTEM FOR UNDERGROUND RAILWAY

A terrestrial DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) service system for subway is provided to perform terrestrial DMB services with respect to a plurality of subway station buildings, efficiently. A plurality of master gap fillers(1-1,1-2) has donor antennas(10), respectively. A plurality of sub gap fillers(2-1,2-n) has no donor antenna. Each of the master gap fillers and each of the sub gap fillers are connected to neighboring gap fillers through fiber-optic cables(3), respectively. The master gap filler performs a DMB service based on a DMB signal having a better signal level, among a DMB signal received from the donor antenna and DMB signals received from neighboring gap fillers. The sub gap filler performs a DMB service based on a DMB signal having a better signal level, among DMB signals received from neighboring gap fillers.
