A printhead module for a pagewidth printhead assembly is provided. The module includes a printhead integrated circuit, an upper micro-molding, a lower micro-molding, and a film layer. The printhead integrated circuit has a plurality of micro-electromechanical nozzle arrangements for operatively ejecting a printing fluid onto a medium. The upper micro-molding has an upper surface supporting the integrated circuit, said upper molding having fluid paths for supplying the integrated circuit with printing fluid, and the upper surface further having a capper cam ramp for a capping device of the assembly. The lower micro-molding has fluid inlets in an underside thereof, and the film layer has a double-sided adhesive operatively providing adhesion between the upper micro-molding, the film layer and the lower micro-molding, said film layer having holes to allow printing fluid to flow from the fluid inlets to the integrated circuit via the fluid paths
